- 1 lbs (500g) fingerling potatoes
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
