Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 zucchini, about 8 oz. (226 g), cut into strips
- 1 pinch salt , or to taste

This is a wonderful side dish! We love garlic but I did cut the amount down a bit so it wouldn’t over power the zucchini. Easy to make, I did leave out the parmesan cheese and I added a little chopped onion for more flavour. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
