Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Campari tomatoes, cut into halves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Arrange the tomatoes on a sheet pan or cookie sheet. Drizzle the olive oil on the tomatoes, follow by some salt and ground black pepper. Sprinkle the tomatoes with the Italian seasoning.
  3. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
