Thanks!
Can you bake in oven? What temp
Yes you can. Bake at 375F.
Bake at 375F … for how long? 10 mins, 15 mins?
15 minutes should be fine.
I dont need to buy, I will make it by myself. Thanks for sharing :)
no salt and pepper?
I was skeptical about this recipe, as it seemed so simple, but I went ahead and tried it. Absolutely wonderful, with simple flavours! I loved it!
Hi Ace, thanks so much for your comment. Yes, all my recipes are simple and delicious! :)
Your recipes are always so good! However, on this one I am wondering about your nutrition calculations.

Not bad but nowhere near as delicious as your chicken satay recipe. I just use that for kebabs but cut the meat a bit bigger and add peppers and onions to the sticks.
Yes of course chicken satay is more delicious but this Chicken Kebab recipe is true to the Middle Eastern/Mediterranean flavors.
Your recipes are always so good! However, on this one I am wondering about your nutrition calculations. No way each serving could be over 800 calories as the 12 oz of chicken alone doesn’t have half that. Also, I only calculated the oil for the marinade and the oil for the grill really wouldn’t add calories. My Fitness Pal calculates this to be 255 calories per serving.
Hi Linda, you’re right. I thought it was odd too. I rerun it and now it says 284 calories.
What can I use instead of cumin? I would love to try this, looks so yummy!
You can skip it but it won’t taste as great.
Everyone loves chicken and this recipe really looks inviting. Will love to try it out soon
Awesome!
