Chicken Meatball Recipe

I am partial to all kinds of meatballs, there is just something so irresistible about ground meat shaped into balls. Every culture has its own version of meatballs.

My favorite has always been my fried meatballs, seasoned with Chinese 5-spice powder.

However, these juicy chicken meatballs are top notch and equally delicious.

They are so moist, with a perfect balance of flavors and so addictive.

Once you try one, you won’t stop eating!

Hi there, I am excited to try this recipe and this may be a silly question but you said 1 lb chicken thighs… is this raw chicken thighs… or should I cook up some thighs and shred the meat off of it and then grind it in my food processer along with the other ingredients. Basically wondering if it should be raw chicken mixed with other ingredients or cooked chicken… thank you so much for the help.
