Chicken Kebab Marinade

Easy and healthy chicken kebab recipe .

The marinade is the soul of any grilled chicken skewers, be it chicken satay, Thai chicken sate, or similar recipes. You want juicy and flavorful chicken so every bite is oozing with amazing good taste.

My recipe calls for the following marinade ingredients:

  • Minced garlic.
  • Olive oil will keep the chicken moist and juicy by sealing in the juice inside the chicken.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Ground cumin imparts a deeper and aromatic flavor to kebab.
  • Paprika adds a tint of heat.

I want to try this! Can the chicken be marinaded overnight or is it best to prep everything before putting on the grill?

    This sounds delicious!!
I’m going to make this for supper tomorrow, but I will cut a chicken breast up to marinate as we don’t care for dark meat on a chicken.
    Thank you
