The recipe is from Steamy Kitchen. It’s so easy to make and no deep-frying involved. The original recipe came from a pizza restaurant’s chef in Florida.
The chicken wings are moist, juicy, and bursting with flavors of the spices (oregano, rosemary, cumin), and the parmesan cheese, garlic, and fresh sweet basil just add a whole new dimension of flavors to the chicken wings.

In the meantime, mix the olive oil, basil, garlic, parmesan cheese and seasoning salt together in a small bowl.
In a dip bowl, mix the blue cheese dressing and the mustard together, stir to combine well.
Transfer the chicken wings out of the oven and toss them with the garlic parmesan mixture. Serve the chicken wings immediately with the dressing.
Hi I am concerned you don’t cook the garlic and I know fresh garlic is “spicy” hot! Question is, isnt it too hot for being fresh? Or does it just mix well without being cooked?
No garlic is the best when fresh. It imparts the garlicky aroma. Try it.
We made these wings tonight. They are by far the best Garlic Parmasean Wings I have ever tasted!!!!!
Hi Karen, awww, thanks for your sweet comment. :)
Hey, nice recipe. But when tossing with the parmesan and garlic mixture, do i need to bake again? Wont it b oily and soggy? And wont tthe olive oil takes away the flavor?
No need to bake but you can put it in the oven to melt the cheese.
