Delicious salad. I’ve been doing similar salads for years, but the spectacular dressing is new to me. I often make this with different fruit, frequently strawberries, blueberries, sliced peaches. The common elements for me are spinach, fruit, feta, and nuts (glazed pecans if I can get them). Toasted hazelnuts or slivered almonds can work in a pinch.
Hi Janet, thanks for your sweet comment and rating!
You might want to check those “walnuts”, I believe they came from a “Pecan” tree.
Oops! Guilty as charged. Will amend the photos soon. But hey, pecans make a worthy alternative to walnuts in this recipe. Thanks, Mike.
