Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Clean and rinse the broccoli florets with cold water, then drain and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt until it foams and turns golden brown. Sauté the garlic, then add the broccoli and stir to combine well. Add the honey and salt, and quickly stir and toss a few times.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 5–8 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
