How To Grill Shrimp
You can use an indoor grill or an outdoor grill to cook shrimp on the grill.
Both methods deliver delicious results but external grill lends mouthwatering smoky aromas.
Step 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold running water. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2. Marinate the shrimp with all the ingredients for the grilled shrimp marinade. Stir to mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3. Fire up the grill. Place the shrimp over direct heat and grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Turn the shrimp and grill for another 1-2 minutes. Flip again and grill until fully cooked, for a total of about 5 minutes.
Step 4. Remove the grilled shrimp from the grill and serve immediately.
